A warning concerning puppy deposits made to Anchor Chain Kennels in TX. I placed a deposit for a Scratch/Mia male puppy a month before puppy picks were to be made. When the time came I found that my puppy had been sold to someone else! Not only did he sell my puppy, he kept my deposit. I was offered either a female or a puppy from another litter. Needless to say, that was NOT what my contract with Anchor Chain Kennels was for.
